“They made the buying/selling process a pleasant experience…”

"I highly recommend the Katie Smallwood Group with Keller Williams Realty Gold. My first contact with Katie was when she introduced herself after selling the home next to us and offered her services if we decided to sell our home. We were very impressed with her professionalism and energy. About a year later, we became interested in a home for sale By Owner. After viewing the property, we contacted Katie asking her to list our home and become our agent as a buyer. Her team handled the listing, bidding, viewing, and closings, along with the glitches that popped up, with ease. Kristin contacted us with pertinent information on an almost daily basis. Now that we are happy in our new home and our business is concluded, we feel we have new friends - Katie, Kristin, and Jean. They made the buying/selling process a pleasant experience. We have and will recommend the Katie Smallwood Group to our friends."

Katie provided top notch professional services when she helped me recently purchase a home. We were dealing with a very unprofessional mortgage lender who gave incorrect and misleading information on several occasions. Katie worked on my behalf to obtain the correct information so that I could make informed decisions. Katie helped to mitigate a very frustrating situation.

Stays on top of each step the whole way through, answers the phone, returns calls, and emails quickly. Katie also has a circle of competent service providers that she can recommend when needed. All in all, she made our buying experience very pleasant and as easy as possible. I highly recommend her as a buyers agent, and as a listing agent for these reasons.

When we first met Katie Smallwood we were impressed by how knowledgeable she was about the process of selling properties. She took the time and patience to explain everything involved in selling our home. She also clarified all the details of the contract and how this worked. Katie carefully reviewed all bids for our sale. The showings were arranged at our convenience since the home was owner occupied. This worked out very well for us. She visited and communicated with us often to be sure we were aware of all the things that were happening. Katie took time out of her busy schedule to make sure everything went well at the closing. Thank you Katie Small wood.
